This is a model that so many of our customers wanted us to design..the Avro Vulcan.
Knowing that it's going to be a popular choice, we have spent a little more time perfecting the different version available to you the builder. So you have a choice of either a twin pusher version or a ducted fan version using four 50mm diameter fan units.
Construction, as with all of our models is traditional, so no foam anywhere, just good old fashioned balsa and plywood.
The plan shows both versions in detail so if you can't decide, why not order the plans, take a look and then decide.
The plans are full size and reproduced on two large sheets of quality paper and not the 'free plan' quality, supplied with the 2014 RCM&E Special magazine.
A VAC set is available which include the Canopy, dummy engine blisters and engine fairings, but you will have to specify which version you wish to build as there is a slight difference between the pusher and DF versions of the VAC set.
As with all our models a CNC pack and wood pack to complete the model is available. (Please note that the wood pack assumes you are using the CNC pack in conjunction).
The CNC pack includes all fuselage formers, the wing ribs and fin ribs plus additional parts for either version.
We have also sourced retract units for this model which have been adjusted and tested to suit the design. These are available to buy from our website.

WITH.
