Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling and excludes postage and packaging and are correct at time of viewing E&OE.
Ownership
All products remain the property of Tony Nijhuis Designs Ltd until paid for in full.
Delivery
Plans
and
other
items,
excluding
CNC
packs
and
wood
packs,
will
be dispatched
via
Royal
Mail
1st
Class
post
or Royal
Mail
registered
post
(depending
on value)
and
will
require
a signature.
CNC
pack
and
wood
packs
will
be dispatched
via
Parcel
Force
and
will
require
a signature.
Shipping
costs
are
excluded
on all
purchases
shipped
within
the
UK main
land.
For
overseas
shipping
rates,
customers
should
email
us before
ordering.
We aim
to carry
most
items
in stock
and
will
aim
to dispatch
orders
within
1-3
working
days.
As we
manufacture
most
of our
products,
out
of stock
items
will
generally
be available
within
28 days.

New Postage Service for Deliveries to New Zealand
We are aware of the very high postal prices of shipping our products
overseas, in particular to New Zealand. A recent customer in New Zealand
has used a new service offer by New Zealand Post to courier our products
from a UK collection point, and deliver these direct to the customer
at a fraction of the cost that we can offer. Apparently the process
is very simple.
You simply buy the postage from ‘New Zealand Post’ based
on the size and weight of the package (that we can advise). You are issued
with a UK delivery address and code reference. When you order your products
from us, you simply give us the UK delivery address and code reference
you were given and we will do the rest.

Delivery appears to be very quick (10-14 days). Please note that TND
Ltd are only responsible for delivery Losses & Damages within the
UK.

Product Quality / Returns / Refund Policy / Order Cancellation
In
the
unlikely
event
of your
products
arriving
in anything
less
than
perfect
condition
please
email
us
with
the
reasons
why
you
wish
to return
the
goods
or the
nature
of the
damage
and
we will
send
you
instructions
regarding
the
return
for
a free
replacement
or a
refund.
All
items
leave
us in
perfect
condition,
so please
do not
accept
delivery
of an
item
which
has
obviously
been
damaged
in transit.
You
have
a 30
day
no quibble
refund
period
where
you
can
return
the
products
(with
all
parts
and
in the
existing
packaging)
directly
to us
at our
contact
address.
Within
this
period
please
check
the
contents.
In the
unlikely
event
part
are
missing,
please
contact
us and
we shall
replace
the
missing
parts.
Replacement
of missing
parts
reported
after
30 days
will
not
be sanctioned.
All
refunds
will
be made
within
30 days
from
receipt
of customer
notice.
